I will need to know your wedding date, venue and approximate start time in order to check my availability. If your date is available, we can then make a time to meet in person or skype for an initial obligation-free chat. Then once you decide to book me, I will secure the date for you and 

receive a deposit. 

For personalised ceremonies: Approximately two months out from your date we will meet again for 45min-1.5hrs to talk more in depth about your relationship and ceremony preferences. From this meeting I will gather all the information I need in order to write your bespoke ceremony. The final draft will be sent to you within a fortnight for you to edit and approve. I am able to assist with vow resources and am available to provide confidential assistance in crafting your personal vows should you like a little help putting your feelings into words. I also have a collection of modern/alternative readings if you are wanting to incorporate a guest speaker into your ceremony. I request your personal vows are sent to me prior to the day so I can print a back up copy for you. Final payment can happen at your lesiure, anytime prior to the wedding. 

For template ceremonies: We can chat on the phone prior to meeting, but my booking needs to be confirmed by the end of our first in-person meeting so I can show you a suitable template and personalise it with you then and there. Then to keep your costs down, we don't need to meet again until the big day!
